Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. During busy seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS or other available carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight. 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. 

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination. Please note that once a package leaves our facility, we cannot control delays caused by the shipping carrier. 

Incorrect Addresses 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Burnt Mountain Soap Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

Lost or Damaged Packages
